Scout-O-Rama Boy Scout District Leader, Mr. Michael Sanderford, coordinated with Mr. Van Johnson, Mrs. Stella Johnson, Boy Scout Preston Johnson's Mom & Dad, to have Bracket Masters Racing Team bring some cars and put on a Car Show.  BMRT provided 9 cars for the event.  About mid-day, Mr. Sanderford came over and said, the word around the park was, "Have you seen the cars"!

Chandra Johnson overheard a comment by Mr. Albert Bourque of New Iberia, who said, "It's about time somebody brought some excitement to New Iberia".  Bracket Masters Racing Team was happy to provide the excitement! 

Mr. Sanderford presented the racing team with a ribbon and a cup as a token of appreciation for bringing the cars.

At the end of the day, the team was treated to a very nice dinner at the home of Team Members, Van and Stella Johnson.  We also got to see the fine drag racing automobile that Van is constructing.  The car should be ready in late 2002.
